# Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 9, 2026 · Last updated: September 9, 2026

## 1. Introduction

Pulse Signals is an independently operated software service that allows users to create, configure and backtest trading strategies using historical market data.

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse Signals ("Pulse Signals," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you visit our website or use our services.

For privacy questions or requests, contact [legal@pulse-signals.com](mailto:legal@pulse-signals.com).

## 2. Information you provide

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

- Email address
- Account and authentication information
- Strategy descriptions and instructions
- Strategy parameters and preferences
- Uploaded files and their contents
- Saved projects and backtest configurations
- Support requests and correspondence
- Feedback and survey responses
- Communication preferences
- Subscription and transaction information

Do not upload information that is unnecessary for creating or testing a strategy.

## 3. Uploaded files

Pulse Signals may allow you to upload documents, spreadsheets, datasets, images and other files for strategy creation, configuration or analysis.

Uploaded files may contain personal information or other information chosen by you. We process uploaded files to:

- Receive and store the file
- Extract relevant text or data
- Interpret the strategy described in the file
- Create or configure strategy rules
- Run requested backtests
- Display results
- Diagnose errors and provide support
- Protect the Service from abuse or malicious files

Uploaded files are retained for up to 90 days from the date of upload. After that period, they are deleted from active systems unless:

- You delete them earlier using an available deletion feature
- A longer period is required by law
- Retention is reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse or a security incident
- The file is involved in an active legal dispute

Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through the normal backup cycle. Backup copies are not used for ordinary product operations.

Deleting an account does not necessarily remove an uploaded file immediately from backups, but the file will remain subject to the retention limits described above.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process each file.

Do not upload:

- Brokerage passwords
- Private cryptographic keys
- Wallet recovery phrases
- Payment-card details
- Government identification documents
- Medical information
- Information about another person without a lawful basis
- Confidential material you are not authorized to disclose

## 4. Information collected automatically

We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Service.

## 5. Backtest and strategy data

This information is processed to provide the functionality you request and maintain your account.

Backtest and strategy data may be aggregated or de-identified for product analytics. We do not attempt to re-identify properly anonymized data.

## 6. Broker referral information

Pulse Signals may refer users to a third-party broker and receive a share of revenue generated by referred accounts.

When you interact with a broker referral, we may collect or receive:

- Browser and device information
- Whether an account was opened
- Whether a referred account became eligible for compensation

The broker may use cookies, referral parameters or similar technology to attribute an account to Pulse Signals.

We use referral information to:

- Attribute referrals
- Calculate and verify compensation
