We process uploaded files to: - Receive and store the file - Extract relevant text or data - Interpret the strategy described in the file - Create or configure strategy rules - Run requested backtests - Display results - Diagnose errors and provide support - Protect the Service from abuse or malicious files Uploaded files are retained for up to 90 days from the date of upload. After that period, they are deleted from active systems unless: - You delete them earlier using an available deletion feature - A longer period is required by law - Retention is reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse or a security incident - The file is involved in an active legal dispute Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through the normal backup cycle. Backup copies are not used for ordinary product operations. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove an uploaded file immediately from backups, but the file will remain subject to the retention limits described above. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process each file.
